This is a super image of the great Raylan Givens. Attacked everywhere you look as a boor and a prick, Oliphant has created one of the great TV characters, up there with Tony Soprano, Basil Fawlty, Miles [of Frazier fame] and Sgt Bilko.
I’m finding the sixth series too violent; chain saws and stuff but that doesn’t detract from all the previous excellent episodes.
